The glue spreader uses thickened glue rollers of large diameter and high accuracy. The rollers are rigid with even gluing. The gear box is installed separately to guarantee good stability, low noise and long service life. Clamping and lifting of the doctor rollers are operated by pneumatic device, which is safe, fast and convenient. The speed of the main glue roller and the feed speed can be adjusted to adapt to different working conditions. An emergency stop is also installed to prevent accidents.
